1. Visit one of our models
2. Select a floor plan
3. Select your home from our inventory
4. Sign a simple contract
5. Attend a pre-constuction meeting
6. Make your interior design selections
7. Meet with landscape engineers
8. Attend and onsite review orientation
9. Attend a final inspection orientation
10. Move in and ENJOY!
